I have been decorating cakes for the past 3 years and am still learning new techniques with every cake I create.  I started in cake decorating simply to have the ability to create my boys' birthday cakes.  I still do every year!  :)

 

I specialize in custom, unique cakes.  I guarantee you that you will not find any of my designs in a super store, or your local grocery store. I believe presentation and taste are equally important when creating your cake. And none of my cakes are EVER frozen.
